How to request an exam or desk copy

To request an exam or desk copy, visit the book’s webpage, click on the "Request for Desk or Exam Copy" tab, and complete the  form.

Digital exam and desk copies

We provide digital examination copies to ensure a faster review process. Digital desk copies follow the same process.

We've partnered with VitalSource to offer easy access to digital textbooks. Faculty can request examination copies through their VitalSource Bookshelf, while students can rent textbooks via subscription. To request a digital exam copy:

  1. Sign up for a VitalSource account here.
  2. Search for the book and click the "Request Copy" button.
  3. For additional guidance, see the VitalSource Sampling Portal guide.

Print Exam Copies

USA & Canada

Print exam and desk copies are managed by Ingram Academic on behalf of Anthem Press. Please review Ingram Academic’s policies  before submitting a request. For further assistance, email academicorders@ingramcontent.com.

If the book you need is unavailable through Ingram, email marketing@anthempress.com  for support.

UK, Europe & Rest of the World

For print copies, please fill out this form.  Physical copies are sent at our discretion, and in some regions, only digital copies are available.

Note: Hardback editions are not provided as inspection copies. If required for research or supplemental reading, please request your library to purchase a copy.

Desk Copies

Desk copies are available only for instructors currently using an Anthem Press book in their course. Each request is limited to one copy, and proof of course use is required.

To request a desk copy, email marketing@anthempress.com  with the following details and attach your syllabus (PDF format):

  • Instructor’s Name
  • University Email Address
  • University/College Name
  • Mailing Address
  • Course Title
  • Current Course Enrollment
  • Requested Book Title
  • Preferred Format (eBook or Print Copy)
  • How long the book has been used in your course
