The Anthem Impact in Medieval Europe series offers an avenue for cutting-edge scholarly works, limited to 20,000 to 30,000 words, exploring Western Europe from c.400 to 1500 AD. Focused on religion, society and politics, the series also welcomes research on diverse aspects such as art, literature and connections between Western Europe and the global context. Emphasising interdisciplinary studies, it provides a unique platform for research falling between the length of a book and an article. It is aimed primarily at academics and university students with backgrounds in history, art history, archaeology, digital humanities etc.
