Permission, Consent and Release Forms
Our standard permission request letters are available for downloading below. These should be used when approaching the copyright holders.Copyright Consent Form
For edited volumes, all contributors must complete a Copyright Consent Form as available below and return it to the Editor to keep on file. Once completed by the contributor, this verifies the permission for use of the contributor's work and protects the copyright of the volume.
