Leadership in Higher Education: Models, Challenges and Opportunities is a series dedicated to delving into the dynamic landscape of academic leadership worldwide. Each volume will focus on key areas within higher education leadership, from evolving leadership models and navigating present and future challenges to uncovering new avenues for transformative change in the sector. The scope covers a broad spectrum of topics, including institutional governance, strategic decision- making, faculty and student leadership, and change management, drawing on perspectives from diverse educational systems globally.
